American Contracting Services, Inc (ACS Bonds) was established in 1998 as a brick and mortar surety bond agency with four physical locations, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Indianapolis and Greenville, SC.
The employees of American Contracting Services – All Commercial Surety are highly experienced professionals in the surety industry. Responding to the needs of our surety clients, we continue to expand the scope of surety bond related products we offer including an online application.
We now represent over 25 of the top surety companies in the United States. We represent many clients who depend on our expertise to provide all their surety bond needs. With 125 combined years experience, we strive to be first in class when it comes to customer service and knowledge of the surety product.
We specialize in providing surety bonds for contractor’s performance and payment bonds, compliance bonds often referred to as commercial surety, fiduciary, environmental, subdivision, financial guarantee and thousands of license and permit surety bonds.
